I am the owner of ReAlign Wellness Group. I began my clinical training at Salem State University and completed my clinical training at Boston University where I received my Master in Clinical Social Work degree. I have over 15 years' experience in the mental health field. I enjoy working with clients from varying backgrounds and cultures, supporting them in working through challenges associated with racial identity. I also work with individuals experiencing depression, behavioral challenges, and relationship challenges. I utilize somatic techniques including Brainspotting and Mindfulness along with IFS informed treatment (Parts-work) and CBT. I enjoy spending time with my family, being in nature, hiking and traveling. I look forward to collaborating with you.
